Core Design Principle
Large‑perimeter PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) liner forms the primary sealing
surface, delivering far superior sealing performance than standard ball or gate valves.
The low‑friction property of the PTFE liner provides built‑in self‑lubrication.
The plug can be operated smoothly even after staying fully open or closed for
extended periods.
Two‑independent sealing systems are adopted to provide double protection
against external leakage. The secondary PTFE ring creates an extra‑level
stem‑seal safeguard, ideal for harsh thermal‑cycling working conditions.
Dynamic spring washers maintain constant, stable compression force on packing
seals to compensate for thermal expansion‑contraction changes during repeated
heat‑cycle service. Optional injection‑monitoring ports are available on the
top‑primary outer‑seal.
