Hydrogen Instrument Needle Valve | High Pressure Hydrogen Needle Valve

General Instrument Valves and Fittings:

Product sizes from 1/16" to 2", with maximum working pressure of 10,000 psi

and temperature ranges from -65°F to 1200°F.

Optional materials include Stainless Steel, Crc,Alloy, Nylon, and PTFE.

Optimized for high-pressure hydrogen conditions, it is widely used in hydrogen

purification units and hydrogen electrolyzer systems. It also serves for

instrument pipelines, sampling and shut-off circuits in the whole hydrogen process.

Unique Design of GEKO Compression Fitting Needle Valve for Instrumentation

High Pressure & Wide Temp:6000PSI rated, -40°C~180°C operating range for harsh hydrogen service

Class V Zero Leakage:Bubble-tight sealing to prevent hydrogen escape and ensure safety

316L Anti-Hydrogen Embrittlement:Forged stainless steel body for long life in high-purity hydrogen applications

  • Hydrogen Production & Purification
Used for instrument isolation, sampling, and shut-off in electrolyzer hydrogen systems and hydrogen purification units.

Operating Conditions: High-pressure pure hydrogen service, requires anti-hydrogen embrittlement material, Class V zero leakage, no dead-zone flow path to avoid contamination.

  • Hydrogen Storage & Refueling Stations
Installed in high-pressure hydrogen pipelines, storage tanks, and instrument control loops at refueling stations.

Operating Conditions: Rated up to 6000PSI, wide temperature range from -40°C to ambient, frequent pressure fluctuations, requires long-term stable sealing and fatigue resistance.

  • Chemical & Petrochemical Industry
Applied in ammonia synthesis, hydrogenation processes, and hydrogen control pipelines in chemical plants.

Operating Conditions: Corrosive hydrogen-containing media, temperature range -40°C~180°C, requires corrosion-resistant 316L material and reliable sealing under temperature changes.

  • Power Generation & Energy Industry
Used in hydrogen-cooled generator systems and flue gas denitrification hydrogen supply pipelines.

Operating Conditions: Continuous operation with dry hydrogen, strict zero leakage requirement, compact installation for instrument tubing, low maintenance design.

  • Laboratory & High-Purity Gas Systems
Installed at sampling points and control loops in high-pressure hydrogen test rigs and gas analysis instruments.

Operating Conditions: Ultra-high purity hydrogen service, low material leaching requirement, frequent operation with low torque, anti-contamination design.
